Centre for Bioethics - Telehealth Ethics Programme [Project RISQUE]: "The goal of Project RISQUE is to assure that as information and communication technologies are increasingly used within the health care system of Quebec, the ethical, legal, and social problems likely to arise will be anticipated, analyzed and evaluated in a timely fashion; and that these problems will be prevented, when possible, and effectively managed when they have already occurred"
I got here while researching sites that refer both to Dahlem and Delphi methods. Any suggestions as to a systematic comparison would be welcome.
